May – Embodying Self Care

In this workshop, workers will be introduced to the practice of Movement & Expressive Therapy as a way of being with self and assisting in the implementation of regular practical self-care approaches. Workers will first learn briefly about the theory of this therapeutic practice and its benefits. Then, through experiential participation, workers will gain understanding of practical processes that aim to get them into their body, offering grounding, presence and regulation to offer regular and sustainable self-care for themselves and in varying work contexts.
