Making Sense of Ourselves in Our World and Relationships During The Crisis of Covid 19

We are constantly being told that these are unprecedented times and so this is the new normal and “business as usual”: These responses do not allow us to make sense of our real every day experiences of COVID-19 with safety and care.
This workshop seeks to offer a space:
• To name with compassion our stressors, struggles and pain for the world
• To learn to re-frame it as real, reasonable and valid pain
• To allow for collective consciousness and choice-making about how we want to and can be in the world during these times
• To consider ways of being in our work and continuing to offer social justice praxis
This is a new workshop that we have developed to create a space for collective reflective care by acknowledging the impact of COVID-19 and considering how we bear our experiences in connected and sustaining ways.
